Administrative Assistant
We are currently recruiting for a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join a well established business based in Stourport-on-Severn
This position is within our Purchasing Department.
An interest in clothing would be preferable but is not essential.
Duties will include but not limited to:
- Checking and monitoring of all stock levels
- Order processing to include both stock and bespoke orders
- Stock requisitions
- Stock Adjustments
- Working with suppliers to ensure timely release of orders
- Following up with suppliers, as needed to confirm and progress chase orders
- Keeping internal staff up to date with new products
- Building relationships with current and new suppliers and clients
- Monitoring and and analysing prices
- Sourcing of new products and designs
The Successful applicant must have the following skills/experience:
- A positive can-do attitude and great team player
- Strong IT skills
- Very task focused, diligent and organised
- Ability to quickly build strong, valuable working relationships
- Keen eye for detail
Please not that this is a very hands on role which will require an element of manual labour, including the lifting of cloth, fabric and boxes.
