
Customer Success Manager - Fully Remote
Job description
We are partnered with one of the market leaders within the Healthcare industry who have digitalised patient care. They are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join and lead the team. You will be the link between the customers and the product team and ideally come from a SaaS background.
This will be a fully remote opportunity with a salary offering up to £55,000.
Skills Required for the Customer Success Manager:
- 2+ years working in a supervisory or management capacity within a SaaS business, preferably within Healthcare
- Previously used a support ticketing system – they are currently using Help Scout & Jira
- A passion for Data and Improving the customer support process
- It would be great if you could speak Spanish to support the customers in Spain
