Due to expansion, we are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant for our office based in Milton Keynes. The role will involve all aspects of the business, including extensive client support, as well as social media management and supporting the Personal Assistant and the CEO and other team members with day to day tasks.
Mind, Money & Business is a small but well-established coaching company founded by Mindy Paul. Our clients include high-level business owners from all over the world who hire our services to help them grow their business to 7-figures using our business, mindset and manifestation coaching.
As Admin Assistant, you will join a dynamic and supportive team and work within a fast-paced environment being able to assist client all over the world across different industries. You will receive comprehensive training and mentoring to develop your technical and professional skills.
Position: Permanent
Annual Salary: between £24K - £28K dependent upon experience
Location: Milton Keynes - Office Based
Role: To support the Personal Assistant and the CEO and other team members. This is an extremely diverse role and will involve working closely with their team and clients and helping with all areas of the business, including social media management and more.
Responsibilities may include:
- Client support and onboarding clients while you're on video with them
- Diary and inbox management for the PA and the CEO (and other team members as required)
- Sending invoices
- Assisting with our monthly virtual events which are attended by thousands of people.
- Scheduling and attending virtual meetings
- Monitoring budgets and expenses
- Travel booking
- Monitoring budgets and expenses
- Social media management
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the business and duties
- All aspects of recruitment
- Keeping our internal systems and processes organised
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)
- Arranging dinners, social events, and public appearances
- Adhoc support
