About the role:

We are looking for a dynamic, team orientated and dedicated Administrative Assistant.

We have two roles available and are looking for candidates that can work the following shift patterns:

9am - 5:30pm Monday - Friday

12:30pm - 9:00pm Monday - Friday

These roles are permanent and can be offered on a fully remote basis.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to the Medical Information (MI) Enquiry Handling teams and Senior Management in an accurate and efficient manner.
  • Having a solid working knowledge of, and complying with, the Standard Operating Procedures
  • Working in a professional manner at all times, with clients, customers, team members and management.
  • Ensuring the Confidentiality Statement within the Contract of Employment is always adhered to in respect of the data and property of ProPharma, its clients and employees of the business.
  • Maintaining data and record systems
  • Generating reports
  • Updating documentation
  • Answering the main phone line
  • Data entry
  • General administrative duties as delegated by the Manager.

Who you are:

The successful candidate will:

  • Have a good level of English and Maths to fulfil the role.
  • Have completed courses in office administration and have sound related experience, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • Have the ability to work collaboratively and handle frequent interruptions and changing priorities in a high-volume environment.
  • Have considerable knowledge of modern office practices and procedures.
  • Have excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Have intermediate to advanced skills with virtual meeting software (zoom, teams etc.).
  • Be able to adapt to company systems and have good knowledge of various software applications, such as intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office, electronic filing systems and databases.
  • Be organized and have effective problem management skills.
  • Love working in a fast-paced environment
