- Managing high-volume transactional invoicing for contracts within a variety of sectors.
- Handling credit control, including approximately 20% phone and email interactions, with a primary focus on direct debit management.
- Facilitating the implementation of a new streamlined invoicing system to enhance efficiency.
- Ensuring timely processing of purchase ledger invoices on a monthly basis.
- Handling sales ledger invoices for approximately 450 customers, issuing 2 invoices per customer.
