We have two vacancies for Administrative Assistants to join our team to provide administrative management of the University’s Courses and Programmes. You will help manage and coordinate the delivery of all student record administrative business processes associated with modules, assessment, progression and award; a knowledge and understanding of the higher education environment is therefore needed.
As an Administrative Assistant for Courses and Programmes you can expect to get involved in:
- leading on delegated tasks within the skilled Course & Programmes Management Team, ensuring the smooth running and high quality of Course and Programmes administration
- acting as a point of reference to give advice and guidance to staff on policy and procedure
- ensuring that system data is reliable, of high quality, and consistent with the University’s regulations and business processes
What you will be bring to the role:
- experience in the use of databases and in student recordkeeping
- skills in planning, organising, resourcing, and monitoring ongoing jobs and projects
- the ability to establish relationships with people from a variety of backgrounds
