Job description
PingWind is hiring for a TeamSite Administrator.
Requirements:- Must be able to perform system administrator duties for TeamSite software, managing multiple (development and production) environments, including performing after-hours system patches and version upgrades.
- Must be able to develop and update TeamSite templates and workflow code to meet business requirements.
- Must be able to work regularly with TeamSite support staff and occasionally directly with end users to resolve difficult or complex content or template issues.
- Support 5.3.1 Application Administration for TeamSite and the Tier 2 & Tier 3 support under
- Support 5.3.3 eCMS Customer Technical Support.
- Support 5.2.1 Standard VA Templates which are managed in TeamSite. This is the TeamSite Admin role - managing the server, addressing the harder (Tier 2/Tier 3) requests, installing patches & upgrades, working with the software vendor.
