Hours: 37.50 hours per week

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic person, to joinour AdministrationTeamat York Hospital/Scarborough Hospital.You will be joining the team responsible for the administration processes to support the management of the rotas for junior and consultant staff across Theatres, Anaesthetics & Critical Care, ensuring effective maximization of medical staff resources and maintaining service requirements. It is essential that this work is carried out accurately and efficiently. You will have experience of working with doctor's rotas and be keen to develop your knowledge and understanding in this area further. Some experience with locum bookings would be desirable but not essential.

Excellent administration/secretarial skills are vital, as well as a good understanding of customer relations. You will regularly be required to deal with queries from internal and external colleagues.
