Job Summary
Motion Pictures is the division of the organisation responsible for the distribution and marketing of movie content across all Disney brands. The marketing team is split into EMEA functions that drive the strategy for our marketing vision (for Creative, Digital, Media, Publicity and across the brands) along with UK activation teams that take the regional direction and use it to drive the individual campaigns.
The team is looking for someone who will help facilitate administrative tasks such as raising Purchase orders, p-cards, expense claims, monitoring spend and ensuring compliance with Company Policy. The remit is across all functions of the marketing team and the successful candidate will work closely with Finance and Legal.
The Opportunity and Responsibilities
Raise POs for all Studio Marketing Regional/UK teams
Perform Vendor maintenance by creating accounts for new clients, actioning code extensions and liaising regularly with all parties to ensure any outstanding issues are resolved quickly and efficiently
Monitor and resolve queries on invoices blocked for payment by Disney Worldwide Shared Services.
Ensure all invoices without purchase orders are coded and authorised in accordance with Disney policies.
Input invoices without purchase orders into SAP for payment processing.
Work closely with Studio Marketing and Finance teams to ensure all POs and invoices are coded accurately and consistently
Support Accounting and Finance functions of the business by providing ad hoc reporting and maintaining strong communication lines
Reconcile P-cards, ensuring all balances are coded accurately, within 30 days and in line with receipts provided. Always ensure Disney policy is followed when using P cards.
Ensure compliance with Company Policy particularly in relation to Foreign Government Officials and Charitable Giving Requests. This will involve liaising with US and other EMEA Disney stakeholders.

Professional and personable manner with excellent communication skills. Must be able to communicate with all levels of management and to interact with creative, operations, Finance and Legal personnel.
Excellent organisational skills, with ability to prioritise workflow while managing a variety of tasks.
Competent excel and analysis skills.
Good team working skills
Able to work independently and ask for help/advice where needed.
