Ames Air-Conditioning are a family run business that have been operating in Norwich for over 20 years. We are now going through a period of growth that means we are requiring an extra pair of hands in the office. At Ames Air-Conditioning no two days are the same, we have a great team of Directors, Engineers and Office Staff that work great as a team.
We require somebody to fill a permanent, flexible position. Hours would be 24 - 30 hours per week Monday Thursday and Fridays. However through training we would ask the candidate to come in for a full week in week one.
Additional hours will be required to cover holidays, sickness and busy periods and times are 08.30-17.00.
We would like somebody that can hit the ground running so experience in a similar role would be beneficial. Duties will include answering the telephone, raising purchase orders, looking after company vehicles, tracking Fgas cylinders, Liaising with suppliers and customers via telephone and email. Entering hours on to Clik which is our CRM system. Liaising with engineers regarding customer visits, and required materials and other adhoc duties
This is a growing role and additional duties will be included as training progress' as there are a wide variety of duties required in the office that we all attend and share responsibility for.
The position is available immediately as we are very busy at the moment, the position does come with 20 days holiday + bank holidays. After 6 months sick pay is paid at 10 days a year on a rolling year. We close down at Christmas and 2-3 days holiday will be deducted for this period.
