Administrative Assistant
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and organised individual to join our company in the role of Administrative Assistant.
Reporting to our Supply Chain Manager, you’ll work a 4 day week Monday – Thursday and will be responsible for supporting the team with the day-to-day running of the business.
Duties include:
- Supporting the team with the day-to-day running of the business
- Managing shared inboxes
- Processing invoices & bills
- Upkeep of company records
- Booking incoming and outgoing deliveries
- Order processing and other ad hoc administrative tasks
What we’re looking for:
- Previous administrative experience and proficiency in MS office
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem solving and analytical skills
- Highly motivated, good time management and organisational skills
- Competent working within a tight-knit team
- Willingness to learn
- Experience with Xero is desirable but not essential as training will be provided
Remuneration:
Salary - £22k per annum
Private Healthcare after probationary period
4 day week, Mon-Thu 8am - 5.30pm
Monthly vouchers to spend in brewery and bars
