- Provide administrative support and diary management support
- Supporting the Course Administrator and Chair of the Sleep Medicine Exam Board with the administration of taught postgraduate examinations.
- Supporting the Course Administrator with the annual admissions cycle.
- Supporting the Course Administrator in ensuring the Programme’s VLE platform (Canvas) is accurate and up to date.
- Supporting the Course Administrator to maintain handbooks and reading lists
- Supporting the Course Administrator to maintain the course website
- Keeping accurate student records.
- Communicating with students, circulating documents and providing general student support with regards course matters.
- Maintaining links with the Administration team
- Supporting the Sleep Medicine team with advertising and the use of Social Media to maintain the high profile of the course.
- Must have proven experience in Student Administration Systems
- Strong communication skills, in writing, in person and by telephone / Teams / Zoom and able to communicate clearly and appropriately with students and staff at all levels.
- Good IT skills and excellent knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office programmes
