The Challenge to Solve

Develop inclusive, data-driven talent and learning programs to support, empower, and engage Slice employees (AKA Slicers) around the world.

The Role

In this role, you will be responsible for the design, coordination, and implementation of a wide spectrum of talent management and development processes and programs such as performance management, manager development practices and tools, and talent and learning programs.

  • Conduct research and produce meaningful insights and reporting to support Talent Management programs, including Performance Management, Talent Planning, and Learning and Development.
  • Approach program development through the lens of internal data, industry trends, and inclusion, always keeping in mind the importance of engaging and retaining Slice talent.
  • Proactively support and engage business leaders and HR partners on Talent Management and Development initiatives.
  • Support talent programs and initiatives by designing: project plans, communications, training and support materials, and facilitating meetings with internal stakeholders.
  • Serve as a key facilitator on the team, training employees and leaders at all levels, in both executing talent programs and soft-skill sessions such as emotional intelligence.
  • Execute and measure the effectiveness of Talent Management and Learning programs.

The Team

You will work closely with the Talent & L&D team, based in North Macedonia, as well as your manager, the Director of Talent & L&D, based in the US. Key collaborators will be the HR Business Partner team, the People Data team, and stakeholders such as department leaders.

The Winning Recipe

  • 4-5 years of experience supporting Talent Management & Learning & Development within a global organization.
  • Strong content development and facilitation / presentation skills.
  • Excellent project/program management skills with the ability to prioritize, organize, problem-solve and multi-task.
  • Create, evaluate, and report on appropriate talent metrics; identify key insights to inform future action planning.
  • Assess and evolve processes and tools to enable and measure talent processes.
  • Communicate in a clear, concise, and effective manner.
  • Ability to work efficiently and accurately in time-sensitive matters while staying organized to simultaneously manage and track multiple priorities.
  • Fluency working with enabling HR systems such as Lattice, web portals and other digital communication channels.
  • Comfortable working within a virtual global team and diverse cultures.
