Main duties and responsibilities
You will be undertaking a range of general administrative duties supporting specialist functions within Academic Registry. You will be proactive and flexible in your approach and be able to provide excellent customer service working as a front-line member of our team. We will teach you about our policies and procedures, but you will need to acquire expertise in your areas of specialism and provide advice and support to colleagues, students and your managers including the preparation of data and reports, note-taking at meetings, data capture and data entry, filing and recording for audit as required. You will work in a central team but will have a range of contacts from within and outside of your own local team. In addition you will be assisting at key University events throughout the year.

Ideally you will have some previous administrative experience, but it is essential that you are numerate, literate and have good IT skills, particularly using MS Office packages, databases and web-based communication platforms such as MS Teams, Zoom and similar.
