Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to bring our brand's visual identity to life. The Graphic Designer will be part of the designer team and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling visual assets that communicate our message effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop visually appealing and effective designs for both digital and print mediums, including, websites, social media, marketing materials, presentations, and advertisements.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
  • Translate concepts and ideas into visual representations that align with the brand's identity and values.
  • Utilize industry-standard software (e.g., Blender, Maya, Cinema 4D) to design and animate 3D assets.
  • Texturing, lighting, and rendering 3D scenes to achieve desired visual aesthetics.
  • Design and produce engaging graphics, images, animations, and videos for use on social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
  • Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all design projects.
  • Stay updated on design trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve design skills and output.
  • Develop eye-catching and shareable content that encourages audience interaction, such as likes, comments, shares, and clicks.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality work.
  • Occasionally liaise with external partners such as printers and vendors to ensure the quality of printed materials.
  • Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools
  • Proficiency in 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, rendering, and animation using industry-standard software.
  • Solid understanding of design principles, layout, color theory, and typography.
  • Experience with video editing, animation, and motion graphics is a plus.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and contribute fresh ideas.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate work in a fast-paced environment.
