About the Job

We are seeking an ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT to work within our busy Administration Team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a hardworking, organized, bright and ambitious individual able to manage a busy and varied workload with the determination to succeed and work their way up. Your role will be to assist with day to day administration and office duties, as well as assisting with many varied projects encompassing marketing, sales and liaising with company vendors for all facilities issues which will include the negotiation and purchasing of supplies and equipment.

The successful candidate will report into the Office Manager and will be responsible for the overall management of reception areas, as well as ensuring the offices are fully stocked of all equipment.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Handling of enquiries and directing as appropriate, meeting and greeting of clients
  • Arrangement and booking of meeting rooms and general management of reception areas.
  • Operate the main switchboard and answer the telephone calls promptly.
  • Greet and sign in visitors, guid them to the appropriate location.
  • Maintain, organize and order general office supplies, including paper, pen, toners etc., ensure teams have everything for works need.
  • Ensuring meeting rooms are all prepared and provision of general administrative support.
  • Arranging both in-house and external events.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
  • Attention to detail and communication skills are essential, as is a friendly nature, a willingness to be supportive, and a desire to learn and progress.

Salary: £21,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
