Job description

Role summary Book inpatient/outpatient appointments at the Neuroradiology Reception Deal with telephone queries. Assist with general clerical/administration duties Key responsibilities 1 Provide reception service for the Neuroradiology service. Check and update patient details to ensure data quality is maintained. Record DNAs as necessary.

2 Process all enquiries for information both face to face and on the telephone using the CRIS system, ensuring confidentiality, Caldicott and data protection guidelines are followed. 3 Liaise with ambulance control centres to process patient ambulance transport bookings. 4 Provide cover for colleagues in the event of sickness and holidays. 5 Undertake general clerical tasks as required
