About the Team
The Manager, IT Operations Center will report to the Senior Manager, IT Operations and lead a team of Supervisors, Leads, and Systems and Network Operators. You will manage the daily Data Center Operations and the staff responsible for operating, monitoring, and incident management of gaming and business systems and related networks.
You Will:

- Create an environment that fosters success for employees which encompasses transparency and communication
- Coordinate notifications, investigations and reviews of incidents. Ensure incidents are documented, tracked, and reviewed.
- Be the Incident Manager for Gaming system and network incidents
- Coordinate generation of incident review reports and holds regular incident review meetings with vendors and OSL departments to discuss possible breaches of Service Level Agreements or other active incidents.
- Represent the department in Lottery projects.
- Lead tracking and reporting for IT Operations services
- Provide technical oversight and lead continuous improvement plans.
- Coordinate physical changes to the server and operations rooms in the data center with the system and network administrators, facilities and operations staff.
- Provide contract administration and vendor management for the gaming systems and network contracts
- Meet with Leads and managers of other IT departments to achieve cohesive and efficient relationships that support the success of the IT department.
You Have:
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and five (5) years of experience in data center management and working with networks and systems. Three (3) years of the required experience must include supervisory or management experience; OR
- Eight (8) years of experience in data center management and working with networks and systems. Three (3) years of the required experience must include supervisory or management experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $101,616.00 - $162,576.00 per year
