One of the UK’s most inspiring and best-known faith-based organisations is looking for Divisional Administrative Support for our Central, Southern and Channel Islands Division. The successful applicant will provide administrative duties to support the functions of the Divisional Headquarters.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide a professional and customer focused service
- Network and build relationships
- Be the first point of contact for telephone calls and meet and greet visitors
- Monitor mail boxes, ensuring timely and appropriate responses
- Deal with daily post and distribution of mailings
- Arrange meetings and organise refreshments
- Type letters, documents and assist with newsletters
- Attend and take notes at meetings as required
- Provide administrative support for events
The successful candidate will:
- Be educated to NVQ Level 2/GCSE A*-C or equivalent or relevant experience
- Have good customer care skills
- Have strong verbal and written communication skills
- Be able to show attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
- Be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams
- Have the ability to handle confidential information appropriately
- Have the ability to work on their own initiative
The role can be located at the headquarters in High Wycombe or in our offices near Southampton.
