We have a great opportunity for an Office Assistant to join our team.
FULL TRAINING/SHADOWING FOR FIRST THREE MONTHS
About the Role
· 5 days from 7
· 30-35 hours per week
· Duties to include but not limited to:
· Serving Hotel guests breakfast and processing check outs
· Dealing with customer enquiries via phone/email/face to face
· Cash handling and daily accounts
· Navigate booking system and taking reservations for tables and hotel rooms
· Inputting staff hours worked to excel
About You
The successful applicant will, ideally, have:
· Minimum 2 years experience
· The ability to communicate effectively at all levels
· The ability to work effectively as an individual and as a member of a team
· An excellent telephone manner
· Strong attention to detail
· Good IT skills, including an understanding of Office programmes
· Excellent time keeping and attendance
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From £11.50 per hour
