We are recruiting for an Administrative Assistant with proven skills to support our team of clinic coordinators and consultant dermatologists in our busy Oxford City Centre Clinic.

As a clinic we offer a prestigious private dermatology service to our patients which include ; Consultations; Mohs Surgery; Ocloplastics; Photodynamic Therapy; Aesthetic treatments and more.
Administration Assistant Responsibilities
- Data entry onto inhouse paperless software.
- Scanning, processing and archiving large volumes of patient data quickly yet accurately.
- Managing calls and emails.
- Welcoming and directing patients accordingly
- Providing reception cover if required
- Establish good communication with patients and colleagues.
- Ensure that your actions contribute towards maintaining quality.
Skills
- Self-motivated
- Organised and Proactive
- IT proficient across the MS Office Suite
- A real passion for patient care and delivering an effective service
- Good communicator and team player
Desirable
- Experience in a private healthcare setting

Hours of work
34 hours per week, variable days including Saturdays. Fixed term 12 month contract.
