Job description
Taur Security is a London based, leading provider of manned security solutions. We provide manned security guards for the hospitality sector, commercial buildings and organisations, private clients, events and more. Founded in 2019, we have grown strength to strength year on year, and to keep up with growing demand we are expanding our team. We are looking for someone energetic and keen to learn/develop their knowledge of the security industry and also business management in general. You will be invested in, coached, mentored and introduced to the overall running of the business and be encouraged to influence the direction of business with your ideas and suggestions.
This role is integral for the smooth running of the business by ensuring accurate and timely communications and transactions between clients, stakeholders, and colleagues. Requirements, skills, tasks, and responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
Requirements and Skills

Tasks and Responsibilities - Administration
· Dealing with day-to-day incoming enquiries from clients and colleagues
· Processing and planning weekly rotas and timesheets
· Processing purchase orders
· Sending weekly shift allocations
· Liaising with clients regarding any queries
· Entering shift data onto the system
· Ensuring a high level of customer service and maintaining good levels of communication with clients and colleagues
· Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations
· Update CRM with all communications; phone calls and emails
· Open, distribute and/or process incoming mail
· Attend Meetings
· Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
· Organising of GDPR sensitive data
· Assist with internal audit
· Ad hoc duties including assisting with tenders and seeking new business
