An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Epsom Community Mental Health Recovery Service (CMHRS) for a motivated person to join our team in the role of senior administrator based at Horizon House in Epsom.
Epsom CMHRS provide services to working age adults who experience severe and enduring mental illness who live within the Epsom, Banstead and Ewell Locality.
The service requires an experienced administrator who is able to work calmly in a busy active environment, who has excellent communication and office organisation / administration skills. The person will be required to have excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, and have experience and extensive knowledge of administration in order to support a busy integrated team which includes doctors, nurses, psychologists, mental health practitioners, and occupational therapists.
The senior administrator will take a lead on ensuring the smooth running of the office environment within the CMHRS by providing comprehensive, efficient and high quality secretarial and administrative services. This will involve prioritising and organising the day-to-day workload while maintaining confidentiality of information throughout the full range of duties involved. One of the main priorities will be in data quality using Systm1 and providing reports to the Service Manager.
Please note that the successful candidate/s will need to complete a Admin Skills Test as a part of the recruitment process.

To act as the admin lead for the team ensuring day to day supervision of band 2 and 3 administrators workload. Providing supervision and development to other members of the administration team.
