Are you an experienced and entrepreneurial Property Sales Consultant seeking a full-time Residential Sales role in Newcastle?

We're assisting a company in the search for a confident and talented Property Sales Consultant to join their busy Residential Sales team in Newcastler.

• We recommend the applicant to have a driving license.

• Dealing with sales enquiries

• Arranging and conducting viewings
• Following up with accurate and productive feedback to our clients
• Negotiating offers
• Sales progressions
• Diary management

About you:

• Proven track record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales targets, preferably over the phone
• Self-starter, driven by a desire to succeed and achieve personal and company goals
• Ability to learn about complex products and services and accurately relay to prospects
• Ability to stay focused and motivated, especially when faced with rejection
• Ability to overcome objections confidently Tenacity and resilience
• Good knowledge of Word, Excel, CRM Software
• Excellent interpersonal and written / verbal communication skills
