Job description
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to work in a rapidly expanding construction and maintenance company, reporting to the HR & Office Manager.
This role is multi-faceted, working in a fast paced environment, requiring excellent organisation skills, flexibility and initiative.
You will be proactive, personable and an excellent communicator with the willingness to assist colleagues as and when necessary.
Below are details of key activities you will assist with, which will increase in time:
Ø Answering and promptly forwarding incoming telephone calls and Info@ emails
Ø Assist Project team with collation and uploading of Operation and Maintenance Manuals
Ø Scanning, printing, electronic filing of H&S Site Manuals, design drawings, vehicle documents
Ø Maintain stock of office consumables, stationery, kitchen/bathroom, toners, water
Ø Liaise with suppliers as required
Ø Managing conference room facilities, meeting and Greeting visitors
Ø Any other administrative tasks as required
Ø Take responsibility for you and others safety in the workplace
Going forward you will assist with:
Ø Vehicle fleet - Servicing / MOT / Repairs
Ø Raising electronic Work Orders / Purchase Orders
Ø PPE stock, ordering and distribution via order template

Ø IT literate – comfortable with MS Word, Excel and Outlook
Ideal candidates would have experience working within construction or facilities and exposure to ISO accredited environments.
