This new role is to join the HR Team of our central Support Team, who is responsible for our operations across the UK and France.
The role:
As our HR Technology Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving our current core HR technology systems, providing technical assistance and support to our stakeholders across the UK, France and Amsterdam, and helping to support in the development and implementation of new and exciting HR technology solutions. As our HR Technology Assistant, you'll have the opportunity to gain valuable experience and exposure on HR systems and implementations with global reach, and benefit from the expertise of our global HR technology team. You’ll report directly into our UK HR Team who in return will help you grow your skills and experiences to advance your career within the HR technology space. This is a newly created position that will offered on a fixed-term contract basis for an initial period of 6 months (with the possibility to extend).

Main duties include:
· Collaborate and support the HR team with the planning and execution of upcoming implementation projects, including end-to-end testing, training, and troubleshooting to ensure successful launch and roll out of new HR systems and processes.
· Provide hands-on support on all HCM systems and automated HR administrative processes including: core HR systems (time and attendance, recruitment and onboarding, performance management, digital learning and development systems), reporting suites, helpdesk automation and document generation.
· Serve as the primary point of contact for any HR systems access issues, providing timely and effective support to all associates and escalating complex issues to the appropriate people as needed.
· Conduct regular maintenance of HR systems, troubleshooting system issues, facilitating access level requests and updating employee information.
· Launch service tickets to external clients SAP and ADP for HR system maintenance requirements whilst. ensure timely action and escalation of all service tickets to appropriate teams based on severity levels.
· Maintain the integrity of data flow between systems, including regular monitoring and troubleshooting of connectivity issues in line with company procedures.
· Regularly reviewing HR data quality to ensure accuracy and completeness, and identify and address any discrepancies with solutions to improve data quality from input. Manage data quality issues and escalate any issues to appropriate teams for resolution.
· Support in the creation of dynamic and user-friendly HR technology tutorials and process guides to provide clear and concise guidance on how to use HR systems and tools effectively. Ensure that HR technology guidance is current and up-to-date with the latest system updates, and communicate any changes to stakeholders in a timely manner.
· Ensure policies and processes are effectively communicated and understood and assist with the development and delivery of training to stakeholders on the effective use of HR technology, and serve as a subject matter expert.
· Provide input on how to further embed HR technology solutions across HMSHost to support the overall business objectives. As required, research new functionality that could be used to improve efficiency as well as enhance our associates day-to-day user experience.
· Maintain compliance with GDPR regulations and uphold strict confidentiality in the handling and sharing of sensitive data.
Requirements:
· Previous experience in a HR technology or systems administration role (or related field), within a fast-paced and dynamic organisation with a sizable employee population.
· Highly IT literacy with an excellent ability to quickly master new software. (Previous experience with SAP SuccessFactors, ADP, Kronos, preferred.)
· Proven proficiency in Excel to an advanced level.
· Knowledge and experience in HR best practices, including employment laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
· Awareness of GDPR principles and data privacy relating to HR and biometric data.
· Experience with Microsoft Power Automate and creating cloud workflows, highly desirable.
· Excellent written and verbal communication.
