Job description
Our client is a Property Management Company and manage in the region of 350 properties, which is a combination of both inhouse properties and leased. They also have various other government contracts for housing Refugees.
They require a strong administrator ideally with bookkeeping experience on a month to month basis to assist with the following duties:
- General Admin
- Accounts preparation
- General Bookkeeping
- Experience with Accounting Packages
- Maintaining accurate books on accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and daily financial entries and reconciliations.
Requirements:
- Min 3yrs experience in a busy office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of accounting procedures such as bookkeeping and other general financial procedures
**Could lead to a full time position.
Salary: Negotiable
