We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the executive staff, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and preparing reports. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, the successful candidate must possess excellent communication skills and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring a centralised inbox
- Diary management & appointment booking
- Updating materials via Canva & Google Suite
- Adhoc administrative tasks
Skills and Experience:
- A Minimum 1 year of experience in a comparable position
- Successfully handles workload and capable of thriving in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, showcasing exceptional organisational abilities
- Proficient command of written English, displaying creativity and grammatical proficiency
- Exceptional communication skills encompassing verbal, written, and listening abilities
- Meticulous attention to detail, consistently maintaining high levels of accuracy and thoroughness
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary: £20,622.00-£24,000.00 per year
