Job description
We are looking for a candidate to undertake all aspects of office administration, from the first point of enquiry for coach bookings and car garage bookings to ongoing customer support. Ensuring that all office administration is carried out efficiently and accurately and that all customers are given an excellent service.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our office
- Input and maintain data on multiple systems
- Provide customer support
- Deal with all initial enquiries
- Send communications to customers
- Generate booking confirmations and invoices
- Take customer payments
- Stock ordering
Skills and experience:
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep accurate records
- Proven experience in office systems and use of Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, Outlook
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to produce documents to a high standard and have a good eye for detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
Qualifications:
- GCSE English and Maths grade C/4 or above, or equivalent
- ECDL or equivalent IT qualification (desirable)

Salary: £20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
