Job description
Sai Nutrition Centre, a complementary health centre based in Northwood Hills, is looking for 2 hands on administrative assistants.
Tasks to include:
- ensure the smooth running of the reception areas;
- booking, rescheduling and cancelling client appointments;
- dealing with client enquiries in person, over the telephone or by email;
- invoicing and taking payments from clients;
- dealing with incoming and outgoing post; and
- stock control including conducting stock inventories on a regular basis.
Our ideal candidate:
- has excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- has a friendly and engaging personality;
- is able to manage workload under pressure and prioritise tasks;
- is reliable, well-presented and discreet; and
- is proficient in Microsoft Office ( Excel and Word).

Hours required:
Role 1:
- Part-time hours: Monday to Thursday 9:00am to 3.00pm & Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm
- Flexibity to work Alternate Saturdays: 8:30am to 6:30pm
- Works to 32hrs (excluding Saturday)
- Role 2:
- Part Time hours: Monday to Thursday 3.00pm to 6:30pm & Friday 8:30am to 6:30pm
- Alternate Saturdays: 8:30am to 6:30pm
- Average based on the working hours over 2 weeks equates to 29hrs per week (week 1 will be 24hrs and week 2 will be 34hrs due to the alternate Saturday working)
