Job Description:
We are looking for a driven individual to join our expanding company on a full time basis who can support us in a busy administrative role and who has the ability and ambition to progress within the company as it grows.
General Duties
To provide support for our Asbestos Removal Department and assist the Directors , Contract Managers and Office Manager with general administration duties.
- To provide administration support for the Removal Operation.
- Assisting with the day to day running of a busy office .
- General typing including method statements and risk assessments to a high level of accuracy.
- Answering the telephone and accurately relaying messages
- General office duties: email management, filing etc.,
- Working on own initiative and also as part of the administration team
Skills and Qualities:
- Possess a high level of literacy in written and verbal communication
- Driven and enthusiastic
- Good organisational skills
- Innovative and self-motivated
- Good IT skills and excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From £10.50 per hour
