Admin Assistant
Location: The Westbourne Centre, Birmingham
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Full-time
Salary: Depending on experience + Benefits
Summary:
The Westbourne Centre is the only private clinic in the UK dedicated to carrying out all surgical procedures under local anesthetic with or without sedation. Procedures range from facelifts, rhinoplasty and breast augmentations, to hernia repairs and bunion surgery.

The Role:
We are have a great opportunity for an Admin Assistant to join our team at The Westbourne Centre.
As an Administration Assistant you will be required to support private patient team with call handling and booking, whilst we elevate our PPM to increase our GP / Consultant events and increase marketing activity.
As an Admin Assistant, your duties will include:
- Cover Reception
- Call handling and bookings
- General admin support
- Managing appointments and diaries
Skills and Attributes:
- Previous admin experience
- Excellent computer skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Good time management and organisational skills including the ability to multi-task
- Strong team focused working
- Previous admin / reception experience within a healthcare environment (desirable)
- A flexible and positive attitude
