Are you well organised and a good communicator? Would you like to work as part of our busy school office team providing support to our staff, students, parents and carers?
We wish to recruit an experienced administrator to join our school, you will need to have experience of working in a busy office environment, good ICT skills, including databases, excellent written and oral communication skills and be a self-motivated team player.
Working in the school’s central office and reporting to the Office Manager your duties will include providing support for the attendance and admissions processes, parents evenings, updating the website, data entry, liaising with parents, filing, ordering office supplies, dealing with day-to-day enquiries, and covering Reception.
Salary: Scale 3 (£26,193 - £26,625 pro-rata)
Hours: 35 hours a week, 8:30am – 4:00pm, 40 weeks a year (term time only 5
Inset Days + 1 week during school closure)
