Capital Repairs – Call Centre Administrator
Capital Repairs are a well-established Domestic Appliance Repair and Sale centre based in Harrow and covering the South East of England. Our knowledgeable staff provide expertise on a wide range of makes and models of Domestic Appliances with the aim of putting our customers first every time and providing help and support, whether that be buying a new product or repair and servicing of existing appliances within our customers’ homes with the minimal amount of disruption.
Capital Repairs are currently recruiting for a call centre administrator to work within our busy central hub based in Harrow. This role will involve dealing with both customers and clients in order to book in work for our field service engineers as well as dealing with any general enquires – these could range from install queries, sales issues and customer complaints, therefore an excellent telephone manner and high level of both written and spoken English is required for this role.
This role will involve booking calls onto our bespoke online booking system which in turn will then need allocating to an engineer and ensuring this is done in line with our SLA’s. Organisation is key for this role as you will be juggling multiple tasks and ensuring all are done to a high standard.
You will be confident in using Microsoft packages, especially word and excel and experience of using call booking systems previously will be advantageous although full training will be given on our system.
This role is working Monday – Friday 8am – 6pm, and requires alternate Saturdays to be worked 8.30am – 5pm. You must live within a commutable distance from HA2.
The starting salary for this role is £26,800 per annum and this will be increased after the successful completion of the first 6 months of employment.
