Job description
Staffpower Group are currently working with an ever-growing company who manufacture aerial lifts based in Washington.
We are looking for a temporary Quality Inspectors/Test Technicians to start ASAP.
THIS ROLE TEMPORARY AND IS TO COVER A 2 MONTH PERIOD STARTING ASAP.
Shifts & Salary:
- Monday - Friday
- 7am - 3:30pm
- £10.49 per hour
- Overtime payments up to £21 per hour
- 2 month cover
Basic Outline:
- Visual Quality Inspection
- Carrying out a sequence of checks for each individual vehicle
- Checking the pressure settings
- Testing hydraulics
- Overall testing of the lifts including driving them
- Any other duties deemed necessary for the benefit of the company and management
Essential Requirements:
- Flexible to the needs of the business such as overtime
- Basic computer skills
- Good communication and able to work well within a team
- Be able to work at a height and outdoors
Desirable (but not essential) Requirements:
- Be able to operate all vehicles (training will be given)
- Experience within hydraulics, engines, and electrics
- Have a valid UK Drivers’ Licence and access to a vehicle
