This is a fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly expanding Media & Production company based in Leatherhead. Full training will be provided. This is an entry-level administrative position where responsibilities include, but are not limited to, scheduling projects, raising purchase orders, contracts, managing diaries/ meetings. Key Duties:
- Scheduling projects into scheduling system
- Maintaining monthly staff day counts and updating staff rosters
- Contacting hire companies for availability of equipment
- Contacting freelancers for availability to work, raising contracts once booked
- Raising purchase orders/placing orders
- Booking accommodation and travel
- Booking meetings
Experience Required:
- Experience of Excel, Word, Outlook, shared folder systems (eg Dropbox or Google Drive)
- Good attention to detail, diligence in work
- Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with suppliers and staff
- Good team working skills
- Able to prioritise effectively and plan tasks
- Able to work across a number of concurrent projects
- Some experience of post-production and/or outside broadcast environments
Desirable:
- Some understanding of scheduling systems
