Full Time Contract
Novax Recruitment is actively seeking an Administrative Assistant based in Slough. This is a temporary contract working full time hours.
This client can accommodate hybrid working with some office visits. For this reason we are only considering applicants from commutable distances.
Responsibilities include:
- Maintain administration and office functions, prepare and process documentation, data input and assist with PowerPoint presentations.
- Provide a first point of contact for the office, over phone and email, providing a high level of professional customer service.
- Update and maintain electronic databases and computer files, keeping accurate records.
- Undertake a range of business support operations and functions including photocopying, assist in the general operation of the team’s function including supporting Project Managers on administrative matters, raising and processing invoices, raising purchase orders, and placing orders using procurement systems
- Arranging and administering meetings when necessary.
- Adhoc administration duties as required and directed by higher management.
Experience and skills required:
- Experience in a previous administration/office role
- Experience on various IT systems, including MS Office
- Strong communication skills, both oral and verbal.
- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent
