Full Life Hospitality is looking for an experienced F&B events & marketing manager to help grow our new hotel property in Chelsea NY. You will be looking over 4 amazing F&B spaces in one awesome international boutique hotel. A Rooftop bar & restaurant (currently going through a beautiful renovation) lobby bar restaurant & garden, and a downstairs nightclub & lounge (being renovated for the fall).
We are looking for someone who can work in a fast paced setting, selling high level corporate & event clients, assist and manage marketing efforts for the properties and continue building the overall brand of the F&B outlets.
Sales Management:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to generate leads, secure bookings, and achieve revenue targets.
- Identify potential corporate clients, build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Conduct sales presentations, negotiations, and provide customized event solutions to meet client needs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling event proposals, collateral, and promotional materials.
2. Event Planning and Execution:
- Manage the end-to-end planning and execution of corporate events, ensuring all aspects are coordinated seamlessly.
- Conduct site visits and consultations with clients to understand their requirements and provide appropriate recommendations.
- Coordinate with various internal departments and external vendors to ensure all event logistics are in place (e.g., venue, catering, audiovisual etc.).
- Oversee event timelines, manage event budgets, and ensure all resources are allocated effectively.
3. Guest Satisfaction and Follow-Up:
- Ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction by maintaining regular communication with clients throughout the event planning process.
- Conduct post-event evaluations and gather feedback from clients to continuously improve event experiences.that should be submitted on a weekly basis.
- Address any guest concerns or issues promptly and professionally, providing appropriate resolutions.
- aid in the creation of event related and guest facing policies such as: guest satisfaction discounts or comps, event readiness SOPs for use by line managers in case of extenuating circumstances that may negatively affect event details such as weather or technical difficulties.
4. Timekeeping and Accountability:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, bookings, and client interactions in the CRM (consumer relationship management) system.
- Adhere to strict timekeeping policies to ensure efficient use of working hours and meet deadlines.
- Prepare regular reports and updates on sales performance, revenue forecasts, and event outcomes for management review.
5. Financial Management:
- Work closely with the finance department to ensure proper accounting procedures, including timely invoicing, payment tracking, and revenue reconciliation.
- Monitor event budgets, expenses, and revenue streams to ensure profitability and cost control.

6. Sales Goals Division:
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales goals for both outbound and inbound events.
- Identify opportunities to expand the customer base through proactive outbound sales efforts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to generate inbound leads and convert them into bookings.
Additional Job Responsibilities for a Social Media Management:
Influencer Marketing:
- Identify and build relationships with relevant influencers and content creators in the industry.
- Collaborate with influencers to develop sponsored content and partnerships that align with brand values and objectives.
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of influencer campaigns and provide reports on ROI.
Community Management:
- Monitor and engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
- Foster positive relationships with followers, customers, and brand advocates.
- Implement strategies to encourage user-generated content and foster a sense of community among followers.
Partnerships and Collaborations:
- Seek opportunities for strategic partnerships with other brands, organizations, or influencers to expand reach and drive mutually beneficial collaborations.
- Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, ensuring deliverables and goals are met.
Social Media Advertising:
- Develop and execute paid social media advertising campaigns, including audience targeting, budget management, and ad creative optimization.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media advertising with broader marketing initiatives and campaigns.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
