Carpisa is an Italian handbag, luggage and accessory fashion brand, founded in 2001. The Carpisa 'Italian Feeling' is boosting the brand's international growth and we are now looking for an enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our London's team in the first UK store. Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet customers, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service
- Deal with products’ deliveries and shipments, stock the shop floor, create visual displays and perform cleaning duties to present an appealing and easy-to shop environment
- Manage point-of-sale processes and operate the cash register
- Accurately describe product features and benefits keeping up to date with products information
- Comply with all companies policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations
Requirements and skills
- Proven working experience in retail sales and/or customer service
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Proficiency in English
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service focus
- Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
- Basic administration skills

Hours: Full Time (40h) - Part Time (20-30)
Shift patterns: Full flexibility from Monday to Sunday is required (within contracted hours), daytime shift (the store is open from 10:30 am until 7:30 pm)
