We are looking for individuals who are wanting to take on a new challenge. This post will include an Apprenticeship in Business Administration which will allow you to develop skills whilst in paid employment. It is an exciting time to become part of the People Directorate with a whole range of future career opportunities.
The post-holder will work to support the newly forming Education & Development Hub team to complete administration tasks to support activity across the Hub portfolio.
The post-holder will be required to undertake an apprenticeship within Business Administration.
The post holder will assist in providing an efficient, effective and comprehensive administration and clerical support service.

Develop effective working relationships with a range of staff both clinical and non – clinical crucial to the implementation of projects.
Adapt communication styles and mechanisms to take account of others culture, background and preferred way of communicating.
Maintain effective communication with staff and patients ensuring that active listening takes place. Effective use and choice of media for communication.
To be the first point of contact for departmental phone calls and face to face enquiries, offering an appropriate response within the boundaries of knowledge or signposting effectively within or out with the department.
Be responsible for managing and prioritising own workload and maintaining accurate training records.
Being able to work supervised, managing own workload within the direction of the relevant lead. Act on own initiative when dealing with enquiries but recognise when support and escalation are required.
Provide a full administrative service to the teams including, room bookings, booking screens, photocopying and collating documents. Will ensure that all documentation is filed and stored appropriately and securely.
Will be required to update the Trust’s Intranet site pages.
Accept delegated duties within parameters of capabilities and competencies, must be able to able to work in an unpredictable environment as work can change due to altering demands.
Provide a diary management service, where required for staff within the department.
Ensure accurate recording of training on appropriate systems.
