An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Occupational Health Department for an experienced and highly motivated administrator. This role will provide a comprehensive, efficient and confidential administrative secretarial service to the Occupational Health multidisciplinary team, often dealing with matters of a confidential and sensitive nature. We are a supportive and welcoming team who encourage their staff to develop themselves and the service they provide.
The successful candidate will have significant experience working as an administrator and have the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines in a busy environment with frequent interruptions. You will demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office package is essential. Previous experience within a similar/healthcare setting would be advantageous.
