Summary of team/business unit
The Client & Matters (C&M) team support all employees with resolving queries on our time and fees system and on our Client Relationship Management platform (SUGAR). We support our people with timesheet related issues, raising bills to clients, client reporting and income reporting. The team also collaborates closely with our Finance Business Partners to turn data from our systems into insightful reports.
About the role
- Working with the C&M team to review and action emails within a set timeframe.
- Working on our time management system, assisting our wider firm by providing miscellaneous information requests and resolving queries.
- Working on different reporting tools and preparing the reports on basis of request
- Spotting anomalies or issues and escalating as appropriate.
- Should be able to work under Data protection protocol and policies.
What are we looking for?
- A keen eye for detail and an interest in learning more about good data management
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Time management and organisational skills with an ability to work flexibly, under some time pressure and to fulfil deadlines
- Good communication skills are required (written and verbal)
- Works well within a team environment, developing and maintaining relationships within the team and wider firm
