This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is interested in joining a rapidly growing company based in Harrogate. No experience is required as training will be provided.

We are looking to hire someone who is enthusiastic about customer service. In this role, you will help to develop process and procedure to optimise customer support. This is a unique opportunity for a bright and motivated individual to develop in a team and have a real input in how this part of the business operates. You will need to be confident using a computer. Training will be provided on all relevant software. You need to be confident speaking on the phone, writing emails and have a professional manner in all the ways you communicate. You will be supporting learners with courses and exams that they really need.
Pay
The basic pay for this position will depend on prior experience but will be £20,000 - £22,000. Your bonus pay is realistically expected to be £1,000 - £3,000 taking your total salary to £21,000 - £25,000. Other staff benefits are also provided for good performance.
