Administration Assistant (Referrals) – Maternity Cover (12 months) – commencing August 2023

£24,000 per annum

Full Time 40 hours per week

Based in our busy front of house referrals office, you will be one of the first points of contact both in person and over the phone for families, commissioners, NHS clinicians, staff and new admissions.

With good all round IT skills some of your main duties will include:

· Provide administration support to the Referrals Manager

· To assist with scheduling review meetings and overseeing collation of required documentation

· To cover reception as and when required during busy periods of the day

With a positive, professional and helpful approach at all times, you will have the opportunity to work closely with some of the centre’s senior management team and be part of a talented multidisciplinary team, enabling our residents and their families to again take control over their lives.

This is a great opportunity for an organised individual who is enthusiastic and keen to gain valuable experience and develop a number of key skills that will help you to pursue a career in business and administration.
