English Security is a leading alarm systems maintenance and installation company covering customers sites throughout East Anglia.
We have a vacancy for an Administration Assistant to work as an integral part of our office team to provide administrative support at our office in Fakenham, Norfolk. We are seeking a diverse individual who has the desire to sharpen and build upon their existing skills.
Responsibilities will include handling telephone calls, updating database and spreadsheet records, outlook diary management, passing jobs to engineers, ordering stock, preparation and production of various documents.
The successful candidate will possess good administrative skills, good time management and interpersonal skills, be able to multi task, have good attention to detail.
Ideally candidates will have recent experience in a similar office based role, be confident in using Microsoft office including Word and Excel and possess good all round IT skills. No other skills are essential for the role as on the job training will be provided.

Additional Information:
Hours: 37.5 hour week Monday to Friday 8:00 to 16:30
Salary: (Salary will depend on experience and qualifications)
Holiday: 30 days holiday per year including bank holidays

Salary: £21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
