Administrator
Office based administrator to help with the smooth day to day running of the business. Your main duties will include, but not limited to, making telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, creating and updating spreadsheets, liaising with Engineers on orders and invoicing, chasing information as required and some filing.
The role is office based and you will need to be able to work in a team and have good IT skills. The role may involve some data analysis and you will need to be proficient in using excel.
The work is mainly for Social Landlords so a background in this would be useful, but not required. We are a fast growing company that offers lots of opportunities for the right person.
Skills required:
- Previous administrative experience
- Excellent telephone manner
- Confidence and accuracy in written word
- Computer literate with experience of all Microsoft Office applications
- Customer service
- Strong organisational skills of yourself and others
- Team player
What we offer:
- £23,000 depending on experience

- 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday
