Job Role
We are looking for a customer focused, experienced administrator to join our growing team. This is a rare opportunity to join our company that is focused on making a change to the lettings & property management industry.
Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of properties, providing day to day property management service
· Ensure all properties & clients maintain compliance with statutory & contractual obligations
· Serve notice and oversee the checkout process
· Organise property inspections
· Manage tenancy renewals and expiries
· Liaise daily with Landlords, Tenants & Contractors, with maintenance issues.
About You
· You are serious about property management and you want to provide an excellent customer service.
· You can deal with all scenarios and think on your feet.
· You are a good team player and are happy to step in and help out your colleagues when required.
Skills & Experience
· At least 1 years’ experience within a lettings department
· Strong customer service and organisation skills
· Good knowledge of Microsoft programs including Excel, Word and Outlook
· Excellent attention to detail with the ability to prioritise a busy workload
Benefits
· £24k - £27k salary.
· Monday to Friday 9 – 5.30PM.
