About the role:
You will deal with all inbound calls to the business and to transfer them or convert them into holidays through gathering comprehensive information. To generate additional business through outbound calling, to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Ø Provide a high level of service, using sales skills and product knowledge to all enquirers.
Ø To respond promptly to all enquiries and actively sell the most suitable holiday required for your customers’ needs and wants.
Ø To complete all booking administration with accuracy and in a timely manner.
Ø Complete call logs and reports as required.
Ø To deal with inbound internet enquiries.
Ø Deal with Airbnb, 5PM and Booking.com enquiries.
Ø To make outbound marketing calls for business generation.
Experience & Skills
- Experience of telesales environment
- Friendly, calm, and efficient
- Excellent communication skills
- Clean driving licence (not essential)
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Self-motivated and organised
