What do we do? Komfort divide spaces by designing and manufacturing internal glazed and solid partitions with integrated door sets.
Who are we looking for? We are currently looking for an experienced Administrator to join our friendly team based in WS10.
What will the role involve:
- Raise PO’s for each order
- Update shop floor works order tickets
- Assist warehouse with dispatch paperwork
- Assist Senior Planning Coordinator
- Meet / greet site visitors
- General office duties (EG filing, printing and scanning)
- Any other duties as and when required to ensure all operations departments are supported
Skills / Knowledge
- 1 Years’ experience in administration role (ideally within a manufacturing setting)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent Communication and presentation skills
- Strong organisational skills
