Job description
We are seeking a fun, efficient, reliable and conscientious office assistant to help with the smooth running of our busy and growing office showroom in Notting Hill. As an integral part of the team you will manage the day to day running of the showroom, client appointments, customer services, shipping orders and ad hoc support for the business owner.
Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for customers and manage all office related matters
- Ensure that office related stock is well maintained at all times (kitchen supplies, office stationery, etc)
- Review existing and develop new office procedures to promote consistency, quality and good customer service.
- Mailbox management – Monitor the relevants inboxes, prioritise messages, responding in a timely manner.
- Answering customer phone calls
- Managing showroom bookings for customers to ensure Jess’s availability.
- Assist Jess with stock ordering as required.
- Invoice clients for bespoke orders and ensure invoices are paid in a timely manner
- Ensure the showroom is clean and tidy every day as clients can drop in at any time

Part-time hours: 15 per week
Salary: £10.00-£11.00 per hour
